Getting pre-approved window designs has never been easier. We will review your architectural guidelines and create a gallery of beautiful options that comply with your specifications. Once we are finished, we will send them to you for approval and then publish them on your partner page.

Homeowner Discounts
Homeowners in Partner Communities receive exclusive discounts on Pella products and services. Partnering with Pella helps your residents access the highest quality windows and services with special pricing. These discounts may vary by season, but HOA Partners always get excellent deals. Discounts may be for a percentage of a project, a fixed dollar amount, or some other promotion, often saving thousands on a project.
Community Event Sponsorship
Pella sponsors quarterly events for our HOA Partners. Events can include an ice cream social, summer BBQ event, Holiday Wine & Dine, Easter Egg Hunt and more. We work with HOA communities who opt-in to the event sponsorship to create a great event designed specifically for their community. HOA Rebate Program
By partnering with Pella, many HOA associations are eligible to receive a rebate of 5% of all sales in the community that originate from their partner website. This is an easy way to earn extra revenue to improve your community by either upgrading facilities, adding features to common areas or sponsoring events. Pella is dedicated to improving communities and this is an exciting way to give back to our partners and improve communities throughout North Texas.
