1. Appointment Confirmation
- Appointment Confirmation: Please be aware that you will receive a text or phone call confirming your appointment date and time. Should we need any additional information, we will need to speak with you prior to dispatching your Design Consultant.
2. Consultation Day
- Arrival: Your Design Consultant will arrive at the scheduled time, introduce themselves, and review the agenda for the consultation.
- Pella Care Inspection: They will do a complete inspection of your home to help prioritize your project, then discuss your goals, preferences, and priorities.
- Product Demonstration: The Design Consultant will show you Pella’s product options, focusing on features that align with your needs.
- Measurement & Quote: After this, the Design Consultant will take accurate measurements and provide you with a customized quote based on the chosen products and services.
- Promotions & Financing Options: Information on current promotions, rebates, or financing options is shared to help you decide.
5. Moving Forward
- Project Agreement: Once you choose Pella, you will sign an agreement to proceed with the project.
- Installation Preparation: We will coordinate the scheduling of installation, product delivery, and any necessary permits or HOA approvals.
- Customer Support: You will be assigned a Project Manager to assist with questions or changes leading up to the installation.
