Since we manufacture our own windows, we must measure your windows and inspect the current conditions of your wall/framing so there are no unexpected charges later. As a rule, we cannot just email pricing without inspecting and measuring your windows. After the inspection, we will sit down with you to discuss what you want, show you the actual window along with all of your options, how it is installed, and give you a price that we can guarantee for a full year.

We typically ask all homeowners to be present so that we can explain how the changes impact the house, and the options available, answer any questions, and give you an accurate estimate based on your selections. As a custom window manufacturer, we have many options available, and specific selections in product and style can impact pricing.

Yes, our Pella Care Inspection is free, but we do request your attention to build your project so that we can provide you a quote based off of your selections.

As a custom window/door company, we have many options available. We offer energy-efficient windows in a variety of styles, colors, and grid patterns. Specific selections in product and style can affect pricing. The size of the window, number of windows to be replaced, material, type of window, degree of difficulty, and its customizations all play into the price of the window. Part of the free Pella Care Inspection is to take precise measurements , identify any installation challenges, and ensure you receive an exact quote with no surprises.

No, we do not. Typically the wall structure of a mobile home is not strong enough to support our window frames.

The Pella Care Guarantee is available exclusively for replacement customers who purchase and install Pella products through our branch. The Pella Care Guarantee is not available through other retail stores, Pella Certified Contractors, Pella Select Contractors, or Independent Contractors. The Pella Care Guarantee is:

• Pella Installation Limited Warranty and Service: With the exception of Storm Doors, Pella of DFW warrants that all installation work performed as a part of a Covered Installation will be free of Installation Defects for a period of two (2) years from the date of substantial completion of the original installation. An “Installation Defect” is an error that significantly impairs the proper operation of a Pella product. If Seller is given Prompt Notice (as defined below) of an Installation Defect within two (2) years from the date of substantial completion of the original installation, Seller shall, at its sole option: 1) furnish labor to repair any such Installation Defect (and provide replacement materials if Seller determines such materials are necessary to make the repairs) or 2) refund the original purchase price of the defective unit(s) including the price of installation.
• Limited Lifetime Warranty on your product: Limited lifetime warranty coverage, in warranties that include this coverage, applies to the original purchaser of Pella products in an owner-occupied single-family residence.

After you’ve signed your contract, an appointment will be scheduled for our Order Verification Team to come and take a detailed measurement of your windows/doors and make sure everything is correct and in order. Once that is complete, our installation department will double-check the details of your order, then relay that information to our factory. We will coordinate and submit permit applications on your behalf. Once your order is complete, we will schedule your installation. Typically installation is scheduled anywhere between 6-12 weeks from the date of your order. Your installation will usually last 1-2 days, but could be longer based on the scope of work. After the installation is complete, you will get to enjoy your new, beautiful, energy-efficient windows or doors!

We have 8 different product types, designed to fit in your home and budget. Pella’s windows are manufactured in Vinyl, Fiberglass, Aluminum-clad Wood, and Wood. We offer Awning, casement, double-hung, single-hung, angle-top, mitered corner, sliding, fixed frame, monumental hung, specialty, and Bay and Bow windows.

We do not manufacture aluminum windows. Aluminum conducts more heat than vinyl, fiberglass, or wood, allowing more heat to enter your home from the Texas heat. Aluminum windows are also susceptible to corrosion and condensation.

To qualify for our lifetime guarantee, any windows and doors purchased from Pella of DFW must be installed by our certified installation team. Since we cannot warranty products that we don’t install, we do not allow customers to purchase windows and install them themselves.
